Best Almond Latte I ever had and HUGE portions.
Pretty sure there is some confusion with the disappointed coffee customer. First, we purchase the best coffees directly from the farms and roast them expertly.
Food is consistently good but service and kitchen preparation are very hit and miss! I've eaten here three times in the last few months and the food has always been good (when it finally arrives)...however, with each visit, there were several problems with the food or service...salad was totally forgotten once, another time, one entrée was done completely wrong, and the third time, the food finally arrived after almost 30 minutes (we were initially served someone else's food!) Servers were inefficient and always confused; we noted this was happening all around us: tables were receiving the wrong orders, people were sending back food, patrons were waiting forever for a salad, etc. If the cafe can figure out how to efficiently prepare and serve the food, this place will be great!
Best cup of coffee I have had in many years!! Great food! And the place / setting is comfortably inspiring. One of my favorite places to visit in the NW.
Hands down the BEST coffee I have ever had. Set back in the woods- this is one of Whidbey Islands hidden gems. The food is really good, and the atmosphere is quite unique- the art is wonderful . My only complaint is that they are not open longer.
And we don't sell pounds of coffee at the stores. Only 12oz. Bags and bulk. And there are three other companies on the Island that sometimes we get confused with......
